NWCA Ltd Announces Appointment of Mr. Mathew Ngangwa as General Manager

The Board of Directors of the North West Cooperative Association (NWCA) Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mathew Ngangwa as the new General Manager of the Association.

Mr. Ngangwa is a seasoned cooperative-sector administrator with many years of service within NWCA, where he has held key administrative and leadership responsibilities and represented the Association in numerous institutional and sector engagements.

His extensive experience in cooperative operations, farmer-support initiatives, and stakeholder coordination positions him well to lead the Association into its next phase of development.

As General Manager, Mr. Ngangwa will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of The NWCA, focusing on strengthening farmer services, improving operational efficiency, expanding market opportunities, and consolidating the Association’s position as a leading coffee cooperative in Cameroon.

The Board expresses full confidence in Mr. Ngangwa’s leadership and wishes him success as he assumes this important responsibility in advancing the mission and vision of NWCA Ltd.

This appointment follows the recent passing of the late General Manager, Mr. Waindim Timothy Ntam, whose dedicated service and leadership greatly contributed to the growth and strengthening of the cooperative.
