NWCA women celebrate IWD with female coffee pickers

As part of commemorating International Women's Day, the amazing ladies of the management structure of The North West Cooperative Association organized an information session with NWCA's female coffee pickers who make up an integral part of the NWCA system which brings you Cameroon's finest hand-picked coffee - #kolaCoffee - and contributes to transforming the lives of the over 250,000 families in the North West Region who rely on the North West Cooperative Association, LTD.

This session was aimed at encouraging these women, most of whom are IDPs, to embrace the growing global digital transformation in the spirit of the UN's theme "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality". They were encouraged to not be left behind, to empower themselves, empower each other and to embrace of spirit of togetherness as women continue to strive towards achieving #equity in the workplace.
